  • Misinformation – As we talked about earlier, the notion that weed is completely harmless is becoming a more popular belief among young people. They do not see any kind of risk with smoking weed.

Above everything else, the easiest way to stop smoking weed is to simply find the right alternatives. You can either recreate the high feeling that you can by exercising, or recreate the sensations of smoking weed by using Marijuana alternatives that have far lower THC levels.

Of course, there is also the option of recreating the sensations that you get when you smoke weed with other Cannabis based products that are nowhere near as potent as weed. Hemp based cigarettes, for example, will give you the dopamine rush that you long for when you smoke weed but without the risk of raising your heart rate or affecting your focus.
