A highly regarded leader in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, Cailles brings more than 30 years of professional experience across exhibition organizing, design and build contracting, consultancy, and venue management. Her promotion reflects WTCMM’s strategic focus on leadership continuity, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Throughout her career at WTCMM, Cailles has played a central role in strengthening the organization’s position as a premier hub for international trade, exhibitions, and business events in the Philippines. Under her leadership, WTCMM has expanded and sustained a robust portfolio of high-profile international and local exhibitions, conferences, and institutional events.
She has also been instrumental in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with global exhibition organizers, embassies, international chambers of commerce, and key government agencies, reinforcing WTCMM’s role as a trusted platform for cross-border collaboration and economic exchange.
One of Cailles’ notable contributions is the transformation of the WTCMM Business Club into a dynamic business network that supports market access, fosters international linkages, and empowers Filipino enterprises to compete more effectively on the global stage.
