Negosentro | Philippines to Host the 45th ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026 in Mactan, Cebu | Cebu, Philippines — 21 November 2025 — The Philippines is set to take the global tourism spotlight as it hosts the 45th ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026 in Mactan, Cebu, from 27 January to 4 February 2026, welcoming tourism leaders and industry stakeholders from across the region and beyond.
As the host country, the Philippines will convene ASEAN Tourism Ministers, National Tourism Organisations (NTOs), senior government officials, TRAVEX exhibitors, international buyers, and media representatives, reinforcing ATF’s long-standing mission to position ASEAN as a single, competitive tourism destination.
At the heart of the forum is ATF TRAVEX 2026, the official travel trade exhibition, which will once again spotlight the diversity, resilience, and innovation of ASEAN’s tourism sector. Exhibitors from all ASEAN Member States will engage directly with hosted buyers and global media, creating strategic business opportunities and strengthening regional collaboration.

Scheduled from 28 to 30 January 2026, the three-day TRAVEX programme will feature an extensive line-up of business networking sessions, curated cultural showcases, and immersive destination experiences. Delegates will have access to five pre-show tours and eight post-show tours, offering first-hand exploration of the Philippines’ tourism assets — from world-renowned beaches and island resorts to rich heritage sites and vibrant local communities.
A major highlight for participants will be the 32 pre-scheduled one-to-one business appointments, designed to maximise efficiency and meaningful engagement ahead of arrival in Mactan.
TTG Asia Media, known for its successful management of previous TRAVEX editions, has been appointed as the official TRAVEX Secretariat for ATF Philippines, underscoring its role in delivering high-quality business events for the regional travel trade.
Complementing the business agenda, the host country has curated a series of official social functions, including the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Dinner, and Closing Ceremony, giving delegates an opportunity to experience the warmth, hospitality, and cultural richness that define the Filipino brand of tourism.
Beyond trade and networking, ATF 2026 will also feature the ASEAN Tourism Conference, bringing together regional and international experts to discuss emerging trends, shared challenges, and future opportunities in tourism. The conference aims to strengthen public-private sector cooperation while promoting innovative and sustainable tourism development across ASEAN.

ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a cooperative regional effort to promote the Association of Southeast Asian
Nations (ASEAN) region as one tourist destination. ATF TRAVEX is the longest-running annual ASEAN leisure
travel trade event, showcasing the largest contingent of ASEAN sellers. This annual event involves all the
tourism industry sectors of the 11 ASEAN Member Nations: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao
