In addition, it served as a commemoration of the hard work and service of public school teachers and the Department of Education.
600 public school teachers and DepEd employees joined the China Bank Savings DepEdVenture. As advocates of financial inclusiveness and quality public education, the China Bank Savings DepEdVenture held a financial wellness seminar for its main event. Mr. Rex Mendoza graced the stage as he taught the educators on the topic “Financial Wellness: Making Your Money Work For You”. He is the CEO and founder of Rampver Financials, a dynamic niche player in financial services specializing in investments. Rampver Financials is the biggest non-bank distributor of mutual funds in the Philippines.
Mr. Rex Mendoza says the secret of acquiring wealth is financial discipline. He emphasized that not only teachers but also those who aspire to grow financially should prioritize needs over wants. He also brought out a message on what your motivation should be when you think about financial wellness. “We do everything with a reason. Do not just think about ourselves as we make our way to security and prosperity. Do it also for the people you love”, says Mr. Mendoza.
