Exploring Opportunities at the 8th Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs’ Expo

The Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs Expo successfully had its 8th annual run last July 28-30, presented by ExLink Events. The 8th Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs Expo featured small and medium enterprises and businesses over the 3-day event.

The 8th Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs Expo was opened by Exlink Events CEO Michelle Ballesteros, together with distinguished guests from the business industry and from Rotary Club.

Inside SM Megamall’s Megatrade Hall 1 were booths of businesses and entrepreneurs showcasing their products to the guests. Booths included exhibitors such as Donjar Burgers, AXA Philippines, Brother Philippines, Hotel Sogo, Hello Gorgeous by Skinline, Azalea Vacation Club, Pasig City Community Livelihood, and many more. Day 1 of the 8th Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs’ Expo also included a Financial Literacy Seminar, in cooperation with Zone 6, Pasig and Rotary Club. This activity featured Mr. Miguel Angelo C. Villa-real, Director for Industry Relations for Bank Marketing Association of the Philippines and VP for Corporate and Consumer Relations of Philippine Veterans Bank. There, the audience eagerly listen to the discussion about investing, financial products for business, and the importance of financial literacy itself. Also in line with the activities were the Ka-Entrep SME Fair and Forum and the B2B Meet-Up which happened after the Financial Literacy seminar.

 

Day 2 featured key resource speakers who talked about the relevance of social media usage for their businesses.

The third and last day of the 8th Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs Expo highlighted the Entrep Success Forum. Four entrepreneurs and consultants shared their expertise on the tools to improve one’s business. PBEX’s SME Idols were also recognized during the third day.

The Philippine Business and Entrepreneurs Expo was a well-attended event where business-minded people had the chance to explore and research for different business ventures. Likewise, the SMEs had the opportunity to showcase their products or services to the public through this event. Aside from the free admission, even the seminars and talks were free of charge.
