On its second year, Lamudi, the Philippines’ top real estate portal is once again hosting The Outlook, a gala that celebrates the esteemed real estate developers and projects that made the biggest impact in the local real estate industry in the past year. The awardees will be decided by a panel of judges and a survey participation of 10,000 property seekers.
Lamudi is leading the shift of property discovery from traditional to digital with technology and data. Through the results of The Outlook, Lamudi aims to help developers understand the needs and wants of Filipino property seekers to better serve them in an increasingly competitive and demanding real estate market.
Real Estate in the Philippines is dynamic. Lamudi ultimately walk the talk. It was their process in coming up with the research formula. They want to do better but it costs too much. Safety, security and community is what their consumers are willing to pay more for because convenience is an expectation from them. They pointed out that the source of pollution in the Philippines are from vehicles, waste and light/LED/noise. The government should fix the public transportation system. It’s not that the poor should have cars but the rich take the public transport.
In partnership with Philippine Daily Inquirer Property, this year’s The Outlook will be held at Makati Shangri-la on the 15th of November.
