After several years on and off the market, a massive Los Angeles estate sold for $102 million on Monday.

The Fleur de Lys sold to a “secretive French billionaire” for $102 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in L.A. County.

The home was sold by socialite and philanthropist Suzanne Saperstein.

The home has 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a ballroom, a movie theater, two kitchens, tennis courts, a pool and a 9-car garage.

The home had been previously listed for $125 million.

The 4.6 acre estate was sold following a three-way bidding war among international billionaires. The winner closed in 10 days and paid in “all cash.”
