Negosentro | ATF 2026: Cebu, Philippines to Host the Future of ASEAN Tourism | Cebu, Philippines | 16 January 2026 – The Philippines is set to host the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026 in Cebu, welcoming regional delegates to a platform designed for meaningful tourism exchange and strengthened ASEAN collaboration.
A key component of the forum, the National Tourism Organisation (NTO) briefings, will take place on 28-29 January. These sessions will provide critical updates from all ten ASEAN member states, featuring the highly anticipated participation of Timor-Leste. Presentations will cover new tourism developments, emerging destinations, and strategic initiatives shaping Southeast Asia’s travel landscape.
The official programme includes a series of high-profile functions: a Hosted Luncheon by Tourism Malaysia, the ASEANTA Excellence Awards Night, the Opening Ceremony hosted by the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines, a Welcome Reception and Dinner by the Singapore Tourism Board for ATF 2027, and the ASEAN Tourism Standard Awards and Closing Ceremony at the NUSTAR Convention Centre.
For ATF TRAVEX 2026, the official hotels are Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, Shangri-La Mactan Cebu, Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, and The Reef Island Resort Mactan. Special rates are also available at eight partner hotels, including Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu, and Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu.

ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a cooperative regional effort to promote the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region as one tourist destination. ATF TRAVEX is the longest-running annual ASEAN leisure travel trade event, showcasing the largest contingent of ASEAN sellers. This annual event involves all the tourism industry sectors of the 11 ASEAN Member Nations: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
Each year, the hosting of ATF is rotated among the member countries. The Philippines will host ATF 2026.
